I made my first one yesterday, the Sweet Potato Dal Soup. I put half of it over some baked sweet potato. It was very good, and I'm so glad it wasn't heavy on salt. One-half is plenty for one meal. I can see adding other fresh vegetables to it, but I was at work. I want to use these for camping, day trips, and for days at work when I haven't cooked.

Thank you so much. This was a surprise for my spouse, and he was thrilled. He needs easy but healthy meals for work. I think these could be great choices for retired people who are tired of cooking but still need good nutrition. They could also be good options for people living in care facilities. Have you ever seen the food in hospitals and nursing homes? Terrifying!

I love LeafSide. It's so easy to prepare a meal in the morning to take to work. I get two meals per packet. Sweet-Bowls are delicious for breakfast, and Smoothies are a great healthy snack or meal. Always having these on hand is so convenient, and I know I'm getting a super healthy meal. I'm diabetic and was so tired of trying to fix healthy meals I felt good about. These are perfect for me.

I love LeafSide meals, especially when I’m working long hours or know I don’t have an item or access to fresh food. I also think they are a great solution for nutritionally dense backpacking meals.

I just started a new job at a hospital and decided to treat myself with LeafSide to take meal planning out of the equation and have peace of mind. This is my fifth day and fifth meal, and I'm really enjoying them so far. Thanks again! I'm not entirely WFPB, but I want to be, and I enjoy your meals a lot. Here's to making more healthy choices!
