I received my first box yesterday and made the Golden Garlic Bean Soup last night and the Berry Medley Sweet-Bowl this morning. Both were delicious and so easy to make! I have a new baby at home, and as a breastfeeding mom, I need meals that are nutrient-dense and satiating, along with being quick and easy to make, and these check all those boxes.

These meals make it easier to follow a WFPB diet. I have one smoothie and one other meal daily, along with lots of fresh vegetables and fruit. Slowly learning cooking methods.

I subscribed to LeafSide, and I must say that not only is the food really good and VERY easy to prepare, but it's a GREAT value. If one is working or living a very busy life, it's even more amazing. Check it out. And now, with threats of food shortages, this would be a good way to extend one's food supply - and it's VEGAN!!

I was just thinking about how I wouldn't know how to stay on this diet without your delicious meals. Thank you for providing such tasty and convenient meals that are super healthy. I never get sick of them! They taste like quality restaurant meals. Initially, I thought of taking them for traveling, but now I order them all the time!
