Thank you so very, very much. I really enjoy the meals, and they make it so much easier for me. I'm battling Parkinson's Disease, and when my husband is not available to cook, these meals are so easy for me to take care of myself. I really appreciate what you all are doing. It's really good. Loving, loving these delicious meals and the newfound freedom and bump in health they have given. It feels like having one's own chef. It's not only the day-to-day convenience but also about providing proper nutrition that travels with you or stores for emergencies, solving many vegan problems. That is a huge gift! I want to express what a difference LeafSide meals have made in my life. As a caregiver to my husband, though I love to cook from scratch, my life doesn't allow me to do as much as I'd like. I am very impressed with my LeafSide meals. I use them for my lunch at work. They are the easiest way to transport and prepare meals on the go. I simply heat water in the microwave in a large coffee mug and pour it over the meal in a soup bowl. They are delicious and filling!

I received my first shipment last week, and I’ve had four meals thus far. They are excellent. While I faithfully follow Dr. Greger’s Daily Dozen, I don’t want to cook every night. As a result, I am ecstatic to find a reasonably priced source of whole food, plant-based meals that are quick, easy to prepare, and reasonably priced. I’m ordering more.
