I was very pleasantly surprised with my first order. LeafSide meals will be a life saver when I am too lazy to cook, which for me is… daily. I am also excited to take these when traveling.

I like the Sweet-Bowls. I add a little of my own plain steel-cut oats, etc., and portion it out so I have four breakfasts prepped, waiting in the fridge. The Golden Garlic Bean Soup is good. Sometimes, I add extra veggies or pasta or spoon something over a potato. You can add some spices; I found some are way better than others, but it's good in a pinch. I brought them while traveling to my in-laws to fill in because they had almost no compliant food, and I didn't want to make it a whole thing, haha.

Love LeafSide! It takes all the work out of trying to eat healthy when you don’t want to take the time to figure it out. I started following Dr. Greger and switched to WFPB several years ago, so when LeafSide came out, I was eager to try it. At any given time, I have a couple dozen packs in my pantry so I always have something available. I also keep a smoothie ready in my fridge, so I can grab it anytime. And they’re great for traveling too! Easy to pack. Easy to make. Can’t wait to see new items added! Love LeafSide! 😁

I use LeafSide meals when we are in our RV, and cooking isn’t very convenient. We usually split one of these meals and have a salad with it, making for fast and easy meals after a day of hiking or biking.
