Just ordered our first box!!! We eat plant-based most of the time and look forward to having something quick to fix when we are busy or just don't feel like making a meal. We also plan to order next time to take these meals when we travel in our motorhome to Utah for a month, especially for those days when we are too tired from all the hiking/exploring!

The LeafSide meals are delicious and convenient. Don’t get me wrong; I like to cook, and I enjoy fresh foods. However, I started using LeafSide as a vegan backpacker and found the meals to be the best available for nutritional value and taste. Upon returning from backpacking trips, I was drawn to the convenience, taste, and nutritional value at home. So, I eat them at home and use them when I travel. Thank you, LeafSide!

I easily get two meals out of one packet for myself and my husband. We have large appetites! We exclusively traveled with these meals for 2 months. I also brought a rice cooker and put LeafSide meals over rice with some shredded cabbage on the side. They are a healthy way to eat, and you can feel good about eating healthy anytime you are not preparing a meal. They saved us from eating unhealthy on the road. They are yummy! 😋

I am currently on the road driving a semi. It's the way I've been supporting my boat habit for a few years. There is nothing healthy to eat for 5 miles on either side of the highway. I am thankful for LeafSide!
Approximately on March first, I'll be back at my boat. I have a full galley and a stocked pantry on the boat, but I've had such a good experience with LeafSide that I'll have a few meals aboard for convenience or emergencies.
