I am loving my order! I have tried the Madras Curry Savory-Bowl and the Broccoli Cashew Alfredo Savory-Bowl. I added broccoli to both and had two meals from each packet. Highly recommend. Two thumbs up!

I made the Broccoli Cashew Alfredo Savory-Bowl tonight and it was so delicious! I'm accustomed to Dr. Greger's recipes and I love them. The flavors were fantastic.
