Small victory: My A1C tests over about the last 8 years have been in the "pre-diabetes" range. Today, my score was 5.4. Perfectly normal!

I've been using the WFPB sos-free meals from LeafSide for 2 of 3 meals per day for the last month and a half. It has made it easier for me to be fully compliant and to hit Dr. Greger's daily dozen every day.

I'm so excited by the possibility of healing and being well without drugs. YAY PLANTS!

I absolutely love LeafSide superfoods! I am on their subscription plan and my second order will arrive next week. I find that for one person, I can get two servings per bag for the Savory and Sweet-Bowls as well as the Soups. Half of a Sweet-Bowl pairs great with a small side of yogurt, or oatmeal. For my Smoothies, I will use the whole bag, but to extend the portion, I add additional almond milk and more ice. I also add to the Smoothie, two tablespoons of protein powder, plus one heaping tablespoon of superfood greens powder.

What I love about LeafSide whole foods is how nutritious they are, plus the wide variety of whole foods in each bag. They are definitely cost-effective because one is not losing money like fresh food rotting in refrigerator, as well as the ability to stay out of grocery stores in the middle of a pandemic. I highly recommend getting a subscription, and it's great that one can customize each order. PLUS, the LeafSide website is very easy to navigate to update forthcoming orders to customize what to receive, skip a shipment, even how many packets you want per order.

🌄 These meals went on a backpacking camping overnight adventure to the bottom of the Grand Canyon and my 18 yr old son said that they were perfect and filling! He took 6 meals down with him and his dad took 5.

🙌 We aren't sure why they aren't advertised more for backpacking and for outdoor adventures because they are literally a super filling healthy option! Perfect traveling food too cuz' most hotels have a way to heat up water and there aren't always good plant-based options.

I found LeafSide by accident while reading Dr. Greger’s stuff, and I only signed up because of the daily dozen references. I’m so glad I did! The meals are so good. I thought they were pricey at first, but they are so filling; they last me two to three meals each, so it’s worth the price. I love having a quick WFPB option when I’m too busy to cook.

Once you are a repeat subscriber, the price drops. I find it to be an amazingly economical subscription-such nutrient dense and delicious meals in minutes. I couldn't be happier. Also, the serving sizes are big and I can easily make two great meals out of one!
