I made a big bowl of LeafSide soup. As usual, I jazz it up by adding my spices and fresh vegetables and rehydrating with vegetable stock instead of water. They use only whole plant ingredients, but that still leaves plenty of room for them to find things I never heard of, such as fonio in this case.

You can't beat easy - more budgeting and meals at once would be the way to go. I tried a few - I have a magical feeling, and the truth is we eat pretty clean WFPB. So I couldn't believe how great they made me feel. Super convenient. Whatever you're doing, do more of that!

I am picky about balance in my meals, and LeafSide makes it easy to know I'm keeping on track. It's not too many carbs; it's healthy food with no added sugar. The best!

Today's very fancy instant oatmeal from LeafSide!
Why do they sneak kale and mustard seeds into oatmeal? For nutrition reasons, I'm sure. You can't actually taste them when you eat it.
