Just got another box of LeafSide meals, they are helping me so much, and I love the taste. I generally have a sweet bowl for lunch and a savory meal for dinner, along with a side of veggies. I’m at my healthy weight and all my clothes fit good. I feel healthy. 💚

This is definitely the way to go! I started eating this way more than a year ago. I feel great. No pain. Lots of energy. 😊 I even got my husband to go this route — he's losing weight and gradually getting off his meds.

The meals are high in calories, and they are so filling! Being a smaller person who is very "calorie conscious," I still enjoy an entire LeafSide meal per day (usually my lunch at work). It keeps me full and energetic, and I don't need or want to snack between meals. I make dinner a lighter calorie meal (usually a huge daily dozen salad!) I am a pleased customer!
