I just started using LeafSide. When I first saw the bags, I thought they might be a little small and that I'd still be hungry. I was so wrong! I can only eat about half a meal, so I get two servings out of each (which makes it even more inexpensive). I tried the Berry Medley Sweet-Bowl, which was yummy, but I could only eat half. The next morning, I made a slice of 7-grain sprouted toast and used the leftover BM like jam. It was delicious and so satisfying with a good cup of coffee!

I use LeafSide meals when we are in our RV, and cooking isn’t very convenient. We usually split one of these meals and have a salad with it, making for fast and easy meals after a day of hiking or biking.

I like all of LeafSide meals I’ve tried. I appreciate that there is little to no sodium in them because then I can add salt myself to taste. I can easily stretch these into two or three meals by eating them with rice, potatoes, or fresh vegetables. The price is actually quite reasonable now that I see how much food the packages actually make. I can’t say enough good things about this product!

Tried Creamy Forest Mushroom Savory-Bowl. If you like mushrooms and the herb thyme, you'd love this. The packaging made it look small, but actually, it's easily enough for four people if you serve it with brown rice or potatoes. Steamed cauliflower was wonderful with it. I'm excited to try all the others I ordered.

Just had my first meal, Lentil Tomato Pasta Savory-Bowl, and loved it! It's enough for two meals, three if I add some veggies. I'm in a wheelchair, and others have been helping me with meal prep. This is so much better—just add hot water, and you have breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The packets are light enough for me to lift. I can be independent, and they are healthy.
