They are all really tasty and I have no problem stretching each one for 2-6 meals!

Took the Apple Cinnamon Crunch Sweet-Bowl bowl and added some mixed veggies, cauliflower rice, more oatmeal, cooked wild rice, cinnamon, and a little maple syrup. Wanted to get some veggies in and stretched the packet a little at the same time to get more servings out of it. Very good—do not taste the veggies at all.

Just got my first box of 23 meals. Tried a couple. The taste is delicious, and the portions are quite generous—sometimes enough for two meals! I loved the Sweet Potato Dal Soup! So simple to prepare, and it takes the guesswork out.

You can easily 'extend' them. For example, I add extra pasta (which is cheap!) and mushrooms to the Lentil Tomato Pasta Savory-Bowl, making two or three servings! You can do this with all of them. Find inexpensive ways to 'extend' them over two or three meals, and you'll really get your money's worth. My husband loves these. They are very hearty.

I've tried the vast majority of the meals in my first order, and everything has been very tasty and filling! Each one has been ample for two meals for me, making them perfect for my busy schedule. I'm considering pushing my next order sooner because I don't want to run out!
