These have been my primary food source for around six months now. I keep ordering because of how well my body has responded. I enjoy blending the smoothies and Sweet-Bowls together to have two meals in one. Nutrition meets convenience, I'm hooked.

I must say that my stomach always feels soothed after eating one of these meals. I also add to each meal, so we always get a minimum of 2 servings and as much as 6 servings from each packet. It makes it more affordable.

I order 12 soups/bowls each month and stretch each meal into two lunches by adding extra veggies, beans, or soy curls & spinach. This gives me 24 lunches. Easy! Thanks for the Dr. Greger suggested Daily Dozen nutrition.

I'm a low-income single person. I add beans or peas to the meals to stretch them into two or three meals. All of them are very good! My absolute favorite is the Mint Chip Smoothie.

Got my shipment, and I love everything I have tried. This will be my food for the John Muir Trail in August. They are way cheaper and better than fast food. I stretch mine with frozen vegetables, which are super cheap.
