I look at the ingredients listed on the pack and add to it so it's enough for the family! For example, today, we had the Madras Curry Savory-Bowl. I added a can of chickpeas (garbanzos), and served it over brown rice with raisins and cashews sprinkled on top. Delicious!

I find them unattractive, but I don't care. I would never make these recipes (too many ingredients and too many steps), and I love the nutrition!! I am working on my first order; they last a while since each meal makes me 2 or 3 servings. I add some riced cauliflower to the Tex-Mex Savory-Bowl and roll it up into a burrito....yowza!

I love these meals! They are a very responsive company when you have questions. I have been enjoying using the Kale Krush Smoothie as well as other smoothie bowls mixed with oats to make sweet morning bowls that are packed with greens and shareable! Yum!

My husband and I finally got around to making the smoothies that we had received in our order. Love them! So happy to know that I can so easily make us each a super healthy smoothie, with just one packet! Love the convenience and most of all the ingredients!! Just ordered more!!😁❤️👏👏
