Seriously, these meals are very filling. The only time I can eat a whole savory meal is if I’ve been fasting >24 hours. Don’t look at at the calories, look at the fiber. I do add tortillas, tortilla strips, hot sauce, and peppers in oil for flavor.

I order 12 soups/bowls each month and stretch each meal into two lunches by adding extra veggies, beans, or soy curls, and spinach. This gives me 24 lunches. Easy!

I am on a cross country trip and am eating these. I put them in a thermos in the morning and have a delicious lunch. I highly recommend them. Great tasting and I am not hungry. It keeps me out of the really bad gas station food.

I had the Sweet Potato Dal Soup for dinner over roasted purple fingerling potatoes, sweet potatoes, and Delicata squash. It was absolutely delicious. With just one bag, both my husband and I ate until satisfied, and I still have leftovers for lunch tomorrow. 😋 I am loving your meals.

Received my order a few days ago. I've only tried three things, but I loved all of them. The Cacao Raspberry Sweet-Bowl needed cinnamon, and when I added agave, it was great. I've gotten up to six servings out of each bag. Great value! An easy way to go WFPB!
