I'm so grateful for the email today with suggestions to 'stretch' the meal packets! I had leftover Sweet Potato Dal Soup and didn't know what to do with it. Your suggestion to top a sweet potato with it and add cilantro, lime, and dairy-free yogurt was perfect!! So yummy!

I love LeafSide! In addition to being hearty, healthy meals, they are so easy to prepare. I broke a bone and shattered an elbow, making cooking for myself nearly impossible. I can boil water and make a LeafSide meal in 15 minutes using just one hand.

These are seasoned well and very satiating. With some fruit and maybe a grain, I can get four servings from one pack. They have been perfect for my kids, who were getting fast food (same price and zero nutrition), so it is working very well for us.

It's like really weird. When I eat your product twice a day, I don't have cravings for potato chips or cheesecake. I'm full! I guess all the nutrients make you full. The taste isn't bad either, it tastes pretty good. I don't want junk, it's crazy!

The meals make a lot. Sometimes I stretch the soups by adding simple ingredients to make enough for four servings. I like the smoothies the best. Some of the meals are a hit, and some are a miss, but I feel so much better since I started eating them.
